President of the BTA, Dr. Raymond Forde, encouraged all tennis stakeholders to be involved in charting the strategic direction of the Association, and facilitator Ms. Maria Boyce Taylor explained that this was essential to having a truly living and breathing strategic plan. The attendees took their advice to heart and actively participated during the 2-hour session where key challenges were agreed, and many solutions suggested.
A follow up virtual session is scheduled for March 4, 2023.
