The draw for the 2012 Davis Cup America Zone Group II which had been postponed until after the completion of the Group I relegation play-off between Mexico and Colombia, took place at the ITF headquarters in London on November 2, 2011.
Newly promoted Barbados has been drawn against top seeds Paraguay and will play at home.
The first round of the Davis Cup Americas Group Group II will take place on 10-12 February 2012 and the ties will be as follows:
Paraguay(s) v Barbados
Mexico(s) v El Salvador
Bolivia v República Dominicana(s)
Puerto Rico v Venezuela(s)
