NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Barbados Tennis Association Inc will be held at the office of the Barbados Olympic Association, Olympic Centre, Garfield Sobers Sports Complex, Wildey, St Michael, on WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 19, 2011, AT 6.00 PM to transact the following business:
1 Call to Order.
2 Confirmation of Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting.
3 Matters Arising.
4 President’s Address and Report of Council.
5 Financial Report.
6 Appointment of Auditors.
7 Election of Officers:
- 7.1 Vice President
- 7.2 Treasurer
- 7.3 Assistant Secretary
- 7.4 Three Council Members
8 Any Other Business:
