2 Confirmation of Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting.
3 Matters Arising.
4 President’s Address and Report of Council.
5 Financial Report.
6 Appointment of Auditors.
7 Election of Officers & Council Members:
7.1 Vice President
7.2 Treasurer
7.3 Assistant Secretary
7.4 Three Council Members.
8 Any Other Business.

1 Members: Each Club or School Member is entitled to send one Representative to the Meeting. Junior Members are entitled to attend the Meeting but are not eligible to vote.
